About the role
We're hiring a full-time remote virtual assistant to support the founder of a creator studio. You'll own the day-to-day operations that keep the studio running smoothly, working PST hours from 10am to 6pm.
Responsibilities
- Manage the founder's calendar, inbox, and daily schedule
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and ground transport
- Prepare reports and summaries for the founder on a regular basis
- Coordinate with team members and external partners as needed
What we're looking for
- Prior experience as a virtual assistant or executive assistant
- Strong written English and clear communication
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely during PST business hours
